It is really up to you. Your shoes will cost around £300-£350. You can book your appointment at any point and use your credit as you please.
If you have £90 in your membership (3x monthly payments) and you book your appointment, you will simply top up the balance at the end of your appointment.

Yes absolutely. Simply add a Membership to your basket, and checkout. The email address you use to checkout will be the registered email for the Membership, so if you would like us to change this, simply let us know after you have gifted it to your loved one.
What is the average cost of shoes from Jim Charles?
Most shoes are priced at £299. Boots will cost around £30 more. We always recommend cedarwood shoe trees, which are prices at £40 per set.
Will there be anything extra to pay?
Most shoes are £299 per pair and cedarwood shoe trees are £40 per pair. If you choose boots (£339), and cedarwood shoe trees (£40), you can simply top up the difference (£19 in this case) on the day of your appointment. Matching belts (£99), polish and care kit (£35) are optional extras.
How long do I have to spend my credit?
From the day your coupon is activated, you will have 12 months to redeem it.
Can I extend the time in which to spend the coupon?
Unfortunately, your coupon must be redeemed within 12 months of activation.
If you cancel your membership, your credit would be forfeited, however you can pause your payments at any point if you need to take a break and your credit will be held for 12 months, until you reactivate it.
Can I get a refund on a Membership?
Unfortunately, Memberships are non-refundable.
Can I get a larger amount?

Can I use a coupon at Jim Charles Golf or Hand Dyed Shoe Co.?
Yes, you can use your voucher with our sister brands. We will need to generate you a new gift card code. Send us an email to customerservices@jimcharlesshoes.com and we will take care of this for you.
