At Jim Charles Shoes, we’re proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no matter where you are. Our handcrafted footwear is made with care in Spain and shipped directly to your doorstep. 

Shipping Timeframes 

We offer different product ranges with varying production and dispatch times: 

  • In-Stock Items: 
    Dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. 

  • Design Your Own Range: 
    Custom orders are processed and shipped within 14 to 21 business days. 

  • Artisan Range: 
    Our most exclusive, handcrafted styles are made to order and ship within 6 to 8 weeks. 

All shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on destination and external factors. 

Import Duties & Taxes 

Some countries may charge import duties or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing. 

But we’ve got you covered! 
If you’re charged import tax, simply send us a copy of the official receipt or payment proof. We’ll send you a discount voucher worth twice the amount paid to use on your next purchase. 

Shipping Partners 

We partner with trusted international couriers to ensure your shoes arrive safely and on time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
