Returns are accepted for made-to-order items within 14 days, in original and unworn condition. To organise a return, please email within 14 days of delivery.

Fit Guarantee
Our fit guarantee is in place if you have any issues with the fit of your shoes. We will remake your shoes in the same design free of charge upon return of your original delivery. To initiate a remake based on our fit guarantee, please email within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, our fit guarantee will no longer be active. 

Issued as store credit only, no cash or card refunds.

Buyer covers return shipping unless specified.
Items are subject to inspection/approval and possibly a 10-50% restocking fee.

Monogrammed items are non-returnable.
No multiple returns for similar orders.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exotic Skin Products: Non-returnable under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not available due to our made-to-order process.

Store Credit
Provided via email as a digital gift card or discount code with one year expiry date.

Cancellation & Modification
Cancellations: Not permissible once placed, with possible exceptions incurring a 10-30% fee.
Modifications: Subject to approval if within 24 hours of checkout, and may incur a 5-20% fee.
Production Delays: Cannot be a reason for cancellation.

Gift Cards
Expire one year from purchase date and non-refundable. Gift card-related refunds revert to the gift card, not the credit card.

Sale & Sample Items
Final sale: no returns or exchanges permitted.
